About the Methodology

PeakGrade uses a Paterson-based factor model with 14 evaluation factors organised into 4 groups — Capability Factors (Input, 25%), Execution Factors (Process, 30%), Accountability Factors (Output, 30%), and Work Context Factors (Context, 15%). Each factor has descriptive levels with point scores, and the weighted percentage maps to a grade band from A (Basic/Support) to F (Strategic Leader).
